REFLECTIONS

Experience
When doing this task, it is very challenging and interesting compared to task1. This task gives me a lot of imagination to design how to make a font look suitable for the article and attract people. Compared with task 1, task 2 gives us more room to play, because we can present the title of the article in different ways or even shapes, such as oval, square, etc.

Observation
Through this task, I learned all kinds of layouts and how to design to make the whole layout look comfortable and clean. Just like the size of the font, the spacing will affect the beauty of the entire typography. In addition, I also referred to many excellent and eye-catching typography works through research, which benefited me a lot.

Findings
The headline phrase must imply something, as Mr. Vinod states, "Form must follow function." As I discovered, a headline's language has more connotations than just drawing readers to the article. A dot at the bottom right, for instance, has importance if it balances the entire arrangement. Additionally, in a few seconds, every person will evaluate our design differently (face value). Therefore, we must create something unique and compelling to draw readers and deliver the headline's meaning.
