Task 3

INSTRUCTIONS


For Task 3, we need to produce a work of design inspired by or in reaction to the one we analyzed.

In Task 3, we need to do:

1. Find some visual references (cite the sources) that inspire your own ideas.
2. Create 3-5 sketches (manual/digital) of your own ideas.
3. Produce a final design in A4 size, JPEG format.
4. Write a rationale, consisting of about 150-200 words, explaining and defending the decisions made in your design. This should include the meaning and purpose of the design, as well as the design principles evident within it.

Dr. Charles suggested that I make the colors richer and add some special effects to make the power of the rich side expand to the poor side, similar to money, so I painted the money and expanded it to the poor side, showing a sharp contrast. In addition, Dr. Charles also asked me to adjust the opacity of the background color to make the whole image more harmonious.
